About M-Notice Finder

Internet Explorer 6 & 7 don't really follow web standards and users are
advised to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or IE8 until we have sorted all IE problems!

The M-Notice Finder website is a completely free service that aims to help seafarers to find the important information in M-Notices in a simple and quick way.

Our web robot 'MNoticeFinderBot' scans the MCA website for MINs, MGNs and MSNs.

It saves the following metadata: type, number, distribution, title, date and branch.
E.g. MGN 50 M "Manning of Pilot Boats" Dec-97 "Seafarer Training and Certification"

It also finds and saves keywords from the document contents as well as the links to the HTML and PDF versions of each document.
